Blockchain data firm Arkham Intelligence Inc. plans to launch a crypto derivatives exchange next month, backed by investors such as OpenAl founder Sam Altman, according to a person familiar with the matter. The startup is moving its operations from London and New York to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, where the new exchange is expected to be located, the person said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
