广州出台“不动产资管十条”：打造全国首个“REITs份额转让交易专板”

10月11日讯，记者从广州市委金融办获悉，广州正式印发出台《关于推动广州市不动产资产管理业态发展的若干措施》，从十个方面提出具体举措，其中包括：打造全国首个“不动产私募基金份额转让交易专板”，开展不动产私募基金份额转让交易；建设不动产资产信息平台，建立存量资产台账；打造专业化不动产私募基金机构，支持鼓励获批不动产私募基金试点等。
