On October 10th, the Ministry of Justice and the National Development and Reform Commission: Support private economic organizations to revitalize existing assets in various ways, improve reinvestment capacity, and improve asset quality and efficiency. People's governments at all levels and their relevant departments support private economic organizations to participate in government and social capital cooperation projects. Government and social capital cooperation projects shall reasonably set up the rights and obligations of both parties, and clarify the ROI acquisition method and risk sharing mechanism. People's governments at all levels and their relevant departments provide efficient and convenient investment services for private economic organizations in terms of project promotion and docking, handling of preliminary work and construction approval matters, factor acquisition, and government investment support.
