10月10日讯，司法部、国家发改委：办理案件应当严格区分经济纠纷与经济犯罪；生产经营活动未违反刑法规定的，不以犯罪论处；对事实不清、证据不足的刑事案件，依法撤销案件、不起诉或者宣告无罪。禁止利用行政或者刑事手段违法干预经济纠纷。
