国际证监会组织（IOSCO）董事会表示，自2020年以来，散户投资者的加密货币所有权大幅增加，并呼吁对投资者进行更多有关该领域的教育。
根据一份报告，在接受调查的24个司法管辖区中，有15个司法管辖区去年报告的散户投资者拥有加密货币的比例高达10%或更多，而6个司法管辖区报告的加密货币所有权高达30%或更多。
IOSCO写道：“与2020年相比，这是一个急剧增长，当时有一半的回应管辖区估计只有1%至5%或更少的投资者拥有加密货币。自2020年以来，加密资产领域一直在不断发展。”
