10月9日消息，币安首席执行官Richard Teng在X平台发文称：“之前在X Spaces上收到了一个关于Launchpool配额的问题。希望这次的说明能够让大家清楚。Launchpool中的项目配额严格面向币安用户，币安不会从这些本应用于用户的配额中谋取利润，而项目配额的最终分配由项目方自行决定。
我们已实施严格的控制措施，包括为每个Launchpool和Pre-Market用户设置代币的最大持有上限，这样既能让项目广泛触达用户，又提供了保护措施。当然，这还包括我们严格的代币审核流程，以及专门的市场监控团队来监测Binance上的交易活动。”
