香港财政司副司长黄伟纶表示，来自内地、欧美等20多个国家和地区逾220间Web3相关公司，已在港设立办事处，当中包括虚拟资产交易所、区块链基础设施公司、区块链网络安全公司、虚拟货币钱包和支付公司。特区政府会在促进发展和适当监管之间取得平衡，特别是在虚拟资产领域，全面、明确的监管制度是促进虚拟资产可持续发展的关键。
