据 Lookonchain 发文称，美国政府似乎已可以自由出售 Silk Road 没收的 69,370 枚比特币，此前 10 月 7 日美国最高法院拒绝审理 Battle Born Investments 关于从 Silk Road 扣押的 69,370 枚 BTC（约合 43.3 亿美元）所有权的案件，从而让政府完全控制扣押的资金。美国政府最后一次移动 BTC 是在 2 个月前，当时它移动了 2.98 万枚 BTC（约合 20.2 亿美元），其中 1 万枚 BTC（约合 5.94 亿美元）被转移到 CoinbasePrime。
