比特币二层网络 Bitlayer 以 3 亿美元估值完成 900 万美元 A 轮扩展融资，Polychain Capital 和 Franklin Templeton 领投，SCB Limited、Selini Capital、G-20.Group 等参投，据悉本轮融资的估值为 3 亿美元，与 7 月份的 A 轮融资相同，截至目前该公司的融资总金额达到 2500 万美元。
