10月8日讯，国家发改委主任郑栅洁10月8日表示，我们将加快推出一批条件成熟、可感可及、有利于实现经济持续健康发展的改革举措。例如，制定全国统一大市场建设指引，发布新版市场准入负面清单，建立未来产业投入增长机制，健全促进实体经济与数字经济深度融合的制度，出台健全社会信用体系的意见等。同时，加大引资稳资力度，进一步扩大自主开放，修订扩大鼓励外商投资产业目录，推出新一批重大外资项目，实施更加开放的过境免签政策。
