On October 8, the Bitcoin native re-pledge layer Babylon announced that the opening time of the second phase of the Cap-2 deposit was 56 blocks earlier than planned, which means that the deposit is expected to start at 4 am on October 9 (block height 864790), about 15 hours earlier than planned.
