On October 7th, according to Lido's official announcement, as part of the introduction of adjustable supply of stETH into Optimism, deposits of wstETH from Ethereum to Optimism will be suspended from October 7th until the upgrade is completed (expected around October 14th).
Lido contributors are working on bringing supply-adjustable stETH to Optimism, bringing direct daily staking rewards to users.
