据路透社报道，4日，美国企业家马斯克名下X平台向巴西最高法院提交一份申请，称已支付此前所有欠缴的2860万雷亚尔（约合人民币3680万元）的罚款，希望恢复其在巴西境内的运营服务。然而巴西最高法院当天回应称，因罚款转到“错误的”银行账户，法院将推迟作出是否让X平台恢复运营的决定。（央视财经）
