Aemiya表示，美联储主席鲍威尔也显示出他“在联邦公开市场委员会（FOMC）的决策过程中具有巨大的影响力”。他称，鲍威尔8月底在杰克逊霍尔的讲话相对鸽派，随后FOMC在9月会议上进一步降息了50个基点，“鲍威尔的意见主导了委员会。”
