United States District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon sentenced David Carmona, 41, the founder of IcomTech, to 121 months in prison on Friday, according to a statement released by the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Carmona had pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
