On September 26th, according to The Block, according to Thursday's announcement, Swiss stock tokenization company Aktionariat AG has entered into a partnership with securities firm Taurus SA. Under the agreement, digital asset infrastructure provider Taurus will provide services for Ethereum-based tokenized shares issued by Aktionariat. In return, Aktionariat will provide its client companies with a way to list on Taurus Digital eXchange (TDX). The partnership project will be launched in November.
One of the first companies to use the sharing platform was cryptocurrency-focused investment firm RealUnit, which tokenized its shares on Ethereum with Aktionariat in April 2022. Investors will be able to choose between classic bearer shares and tokenized shares, which the company claims is a first in the country.
