9月26日消息，Web3安全及透明度平台g8keep以及Gaslite联合创始人Pop Punk于X宣布正式关闭Gaslite，并表示“这是目前最好的选择”。其解释称：“g8keep从几个月前推出以来已经消耗了我全部精力。如果我不能全身心地投入到Gaslite中，我觉得继续运营Gaslite是不对的。
展望未来，我唯一关注的将是g8keep。我觉得我们在g8keep所做的事情有机会对生态系统产生比Gaslite更大的影响。过去的几个月太疯狂了。尽管Gas费一直处于历史最低点，但Gaslite的业务从未真正放缓。
我非常感谢人们信任我的品牌，并愿意与Gaslite合作，即使这只是为他们的用户节省一小部分钱。”
