On September 26, the Ministry of Finance successfully issued 2 billion euro sovereign bonds, of which 3-year 1.25 billion euros, the issuance interest rate was 2.517%; 7-year 750 million euros, the issuance interest rate was 2.738%. The total subscription amount 16.20 billion euros, which is 8.1 times the issuance amount. Among them, Asian, European, Middle Eastern, offshore American investors accounted for 51%, 36%, 5%, 8%, sovereign and super-sovereign, banking, insurance, fund management accounted for 26%, 51%, 4%, 19%.
