According to a report by CoinDesk, citing sources, a Singapore court on Thursday granted Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX a four-month moratorium on payments under certain conditions.
The conditions imposed on WazirX include disclosing its wallet address through a court affidavit, responding to users' queries, disclosing its books within six weeks, and ensuring that any future votes are held on an independent platform.
WazirX, which lost $234 million, or about 45 percent of customer funds, in a July hack, had previously filed a six-month suspension order application with the Singapore High Court.
