Global IT engineering and solutions provider GFT and decentralized cloud infrastructure company Red Date Technology have integrated Hedera network-based stablecoin and EMTECH CBDC Sandbox into the Universal Digital Payment Network (UDPN).
"This integration will make it easier to create programmable payment applications using stablecoins and CBDCs on Hedera," the team said. "In this proof-of-concept, GFT developed and integrated two custom transaction nodes to connect UDPNs to the digital currency system via a transaction gateway - one for the Hedera stablecoin studio and the other for the EMTECH CBDC Sandbox."
