韩国将成立数字资产用户保护基金，帮助受倒闭加密交易所影响的用户追回被困资金。该基金由自律组织DAXA发起，并获得韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）批准，计划于10月启动。由于韩国22家加密交易所中有10家已关闭，另有3家暂停运营，用户资金的安全成为关注重点。该基金将与倒闭的交易所协商，将用户资金和虚拟资产转移至基金管理的银行账户，随后联系用户安排返还流程。
