According to market sources, Terraform Labs is in talks with a third party to take over some of its operations.
Previously, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Brendan Shannon has approved Terraform Labs' bankruptcy plan. The company reached a settlement with the SEC and agreed to pay a settlement of $447 million. Terraform Labs estimates that it will be able to pay affected investors and other stakeholders between $184.50 million and $442.20 million during the bankruptcy liquidation process.
