此前消息，美国破产法官 Brendan Shannon 已批准 Terraform Labs 的破产计划，该公司与 SEC 达成和解，同意支付 4.47 亿美元的和解金。Terraform Labs 估计在破产清算过程中，能够向受影响的投资者和其他利益相关者支付 1.845 亿至 4.422 亿美元。
