9月25日消息，Terra官方X账号发布公告称，Terraform Labs继续与第三方商讨接管我们部分产品和服务的运营事宜。但是，如果谈判不成功，将于2024年10月30日关闭这些产品。产品和服务包括：
产品：1.Enterprise Protocol；2.Warp Protocol；3.Statio；4.Alliance Hub。服务：1.Finder区块浏览器；2.基金会；3.IBC中继器；4.Mantlemint、FCD和API服务。
Terraform Labs：若接管事宜与第三方谈判失败，公司产品和服务可能在10月30日关闭
