Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano, says Voltaire-era governance reforms prevented the chain from becoming a "dictatorship" like Ethereum and avoided Bitcoin's "anarchy".
In an interview in Singapore, Hoskinson attacked Ethereum's current governance model, claiming that Ethereum relies too much on its co-founder Vitalik Buterin to guide the way.
When asked to explain his controversial remarks linking Ethereum to dictatorship, Hoskinson said the "whole vision" of Ethereum began with Buterin but would also end with him.
