Country Garden Services sells 1.49% stake in Zhuhai Wanda for 3.142 billion yuan

On September 25th, Country Garden Services (06098.HK) announced that on September 24th, Country Garden Properties Hong Kong, a subsidiary company, entered into a supplementary agreement with Zhuhai Winning and Dalian Wanda. Accordingly, Country Garden Properties Hong Kong agreed to sell and Wanda agreed to acquire Zhuhai Wanda shares at a consideration of RMB 3.142 billion. The sale of shares accounts for approximately 1.49% of the total share capital of the target company. After the completion of the sale, Country Garden Properties Hong Kong will still hold 22,109,350 shares of the target company, accounting for approximately 0.31% of the total share capital of the target company.
