欧洲央行管委、荷兰央行行长诺特(Klaas Knot)周二表示，欧洲央行可能会继续降息直到至少2025年上半年，将利率降至2%-3%。诺特称："我预计我们将在未来一段时间内继续逐步降低利率，2025年上半年也是如此。"他补充称："我预计利率不会回到新冠疫情之前的极低水平。它们最终可能会达到一个更自然的水平。我不知道具体是多少，但可能首位是2。"
