On September 24, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett revealed in a post on the X platform that Hester Peirce, commissioner of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), believes that the agency uses imprecise legal views to cover up regulatory ambiguity in crypto. She received: "I think we (the SEC) failed to do our duty as regulators and were not precise enough, so we made a note to admit that, in fact, tokens themselves are not securities. But in fact, we (the SEC) should have admitted something long ago, and then started working hard to solve these problems encountered in the industry."
