9月24日消息，Fox Business 记者 Eleanor Terrett 在 X 平台发文披露，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）专员 Hester Peirce 认为该机构利用不精准的法律观点来掩盖加密方面的监管不明确性，她收到：“我认为，我们（SEC）未能尽到作为监管者的职责，不够精确，所以才备注承认，实际上，代币本身不是证券。但其实我们（SEC）早就应该承认的事情，然后开始努力解决行业上遇到的这些难题。”
