Cathie Wood-led Ark Invest is again selling $2.80 million worth of shares in its own spot Bitcoin ETF (ARKB), totaling 44,609 shares, as part of an effort to rebalance the fund's holdings.
So far, Ark Invest has sold $17.50 million of ARKB shares, but still holds $139.70 million worth of Bitcoin ETF, accounting for 9.93% of its Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW). The move is to ensure that a single asset does not exceed 10% of the ETF portfolio to maintain investment diversification.
