According to official news, the Metaplex Foundation has announced the launch of the Metaplex Aura Network, a decentralized indexing and data availability network designed for Solana and the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM). The Aura network is powered by MPLX tokens. Network nodes can handle read requests from public gateways and gain operational rights to elastic state management on the SVM. This innovative state management mechanism enables developers to consolidate minted transactions to create millions of assets in compressed states in bulk at 99% lower transaction volume, while providing the necessary data availability (DA) support by Aura nodes to ensure the reliability of state transitions.
