支付巨头Visa宣布与新加坡dtcpay合作推出Crypto-to-fiat Card，据悉该卡主要面向超高净值 (UHNW) 个人，支持用户使用实时汇率将稳定币等加密货币转换为法定货币，后续或将拓展到商户端，据悉该卡拟于今年第四季度开放公开注册。
