Blockchain network octra completed a $4 million Pre-Seed round of financing, led by Finality Capital, with participation from Big Brain Holdings, Karatage, Presto, Builder Capital and others.
It is reported that Octra is a FHE blockchain network that supports an isolated execution environment, and most of the codebase is developed in languages such as OCaml, AST, ReasonML and C++.
