*NOTE/USDT现货交易开盘时间：9月26日17:00(UTC+8)
*NOTE开放提币时间：9月26日17:00(UTC+8)。
据悉，NOTE协议是基于比特币一层网络的智能合约协议。它结合链上数据（DA）、链下索引器（Indexer）和智能合约校验器（中本聪原版BVM/sCrypt开发语言），为比特币网络提供安全且可扩展的智能合约功能。
