142nd Ethereum ACDC Conference: Developers have started fuzzing PectraDevnet3

Galaxy Research Vice President Christine Kim posted a summary of the 142nd Ethereum Core Developer Consensus (ACDC) conference call. This week developers discussed the decision to split the Pectra upgrade into two hard forks, developers have begun fuzzing Pectra Devnet 3, exchanging outstanding issues related to the Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) on Pectra Devnet 3, and the Base Rollup protocol developer, who goes by the name Francis, has submitted an analysis in support of the goal of adding Blob Gas to the first part of the Pectra upgrade.
