September 16: Users who re-pledge directly on EigenLayer can start collecting
September 19: The EIGEN collection check tool for eETH re-pledgers was launched
September 21: eETH re-pledgers can start receiving EIGEN
September 30: EIGEN is expected to be available for transfer
