MicroStrategy公布本金总额5.25亿美元的可转换优先票据发行定价

Od据官方消息，MicroStrategy 今天宣布其 2031 年到期、本金总额为 5.25 亿美元、利率为 0.875%的可转换优先票据的定价，这些票据将以私募方式出售给合格机构买家的人士，此次发行规模比之前宣布的本金总额为 5 亿美元的票据发行规模有所扩大，此次发行预计将于 2024 年 3 月 18 日结束，但须满足惯例成交条件。据悉，该票据将是 MicroStrategy 的无抵押高级债务，年利率为 0.875%，自 2024 年 9 月 15 日起，每半年支付一次，于每年 3 月 15 日和 9 月 15 日支付。
