瑞穗银行、富士通与重工业公司IHI达成合作，利用区块链技术简化日本碳信用（J-Credits）的发行流程。碳信用的发行需由政府认证温室气体减排量，过程复杂且耗时，且发行方可能面临找不到买家的风险。瑞穗银行将作为“优先购买方”收购J-Credits，并转售给客户。该行也是东京证券交易所J-Credits的做市商。此次合作预计于2025年上半年开始支持太阳能发电。富士通的区块链解决方案将用于监控、报告和验证碳减排数据，以确保数据的可信性。
