Hex and PulseChain founder Richard Schueler (also known as Richard Heard or Richard Heart) are currently under criminal investigation in Finland for aggravated tax evasion and assault.
According to local Finnish media YLE, Finnish police suspect Schuler, who lives in Helsinki, of aggravated tax evasion and assault. Helsinki police detective Harry Saristola told the newspaper that Schuler is suspected of owed hundreds of millions of euros in taxes to Finland. Saristola explained that there were discrepancies between Schuler's tax returns and the tax office's income assessment, which prompted the investigation.
