Nubila Network, a provider of ESG data solutions, has announced the acquisition of BloomSky, an innovative weather equipment and data company. The strategic acquisition is designed to enhance Nubila's ability to build a comprehensive ESG data network that provides real-time, hyper-local insights into environmental data across industries. To date, the network has amassed more than 10,000 sky images from more than 2,200 cities in more than 100 countries across six continents. BloomSky's hardware and software IoT technologies will provide critical support for Nubila's integrated decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN). (Decrypt)
