Terraform Labs will make a final statement to the jury at the end of the civil fraud trial

According to Reuters, lawyers for Terraform Labs and its founder Do Kwon are expected to close their case on Friday regarding allegations of fraud against investors by Terraform and Do Kwon before the collapse of the UST stablecoin in 2022 and the shocking cryptocurrency market. Terraform and Kwon's lawyers have previously told the jury that the US SEC took out of context and relied on witnesses with the intention of receiving whistleblower bonuses. Regulatory authorities are seeking civil fines and prohibiting Kwon and Terraform from engaging in securities business.
