本周一，DeFi Technologies宣布已向美国证券交易委员会提交了40-F注册表，准备在纳斯达克股票市场上市。
公告澄清说：“公司普通股在纳斯达克上市仍需获得纳斯达克的批准，并满足所有适用的上市和监管要求，包括美国证券交易委员会宣布40-F表格生效。公司股票也将继续在加拿大Cboe上市。”
据悉，DeFi Technologies是多家以加密货币为重点的子公司的母公司，特别是交易所交易基金（ETF）运营商Valour，目前在加拿大交易所（Cboe Canada）以DEFI代码交易，在场外交易市场以DEFTF代码交易。
