The House subcommittee on digital assets, fintech and inclusion said in a notice on September 13 that it would hold a hearing entitled "Dazed and Confused: Breaking the SEC's Politicized Approach to Digital Assets". Witnesses at the hearing on September 18 will include former SEC commissioner Dan Gallagher and Michael Liftik, who served at the SEC for about a decade as an attorney, senior adviser or acting head of enforcement.
