"Bhutan is the fourth-largest government to hold bitcoin on our platform, with 13,011 bitcoins worth about $780.49 million," Arkham said on X. "Unlike most governments, Bhutan's BTC does not come from law enforcement asset seizures, but from bitcoin mining operations, which have increased dramatically since early 2023."
