Jeremy Allaire, CEO of stablecoin issuer Circle, wrote in an X post on Friday that the United States is at a "turning point" in the cryptocurrency space and is about to become a "decisive leader" in nurturing the technology.
Mr. Allaire said there were a number of "complaints" about the hostile attitude of the US government towards the cryptocurrency industry. However, he did not share this view, and he was not alone.
