美国法院驳回特朗普在其“封口费”案中对禁言令的上诉

当地时间12日获悉，美国纽约州最高法院当日驳回了前总统特朗普在其“封口费”刑事案件中对禁言令的上诉，称该禁言令“没有直接涉及实质性的宪法问题”。据悉，特朗普强调了他在今年大选中的总统候选人身份，辩称禁言令侵犯了他及其数百万支持者的第一修正案权利。此前，特朗普于今年5月因“封口费”案被控34项伪造商业记录罪名。
