Insurance provider OneDegree and Dubai Insurance Company of the United Arab Emirates announced that they have started offering digital asset custody risk insurance to customers in the UAE. The two companies have partnered to launch a brand called "OneInfinity" and said they have received approval from the UAE Central Bank to offer the product.
Custody risk insurance is part of the risk management strategy of custodians, exchanges and other digital asset service providers. According to OneDegree, many regulators around the world require the product.
