On September 12, the State Council appointed and removed government officials. Appointed Shu Huihao as Assistant Minister of Finance; appointed Liu Jinfeng as Deputy Director of the National Health Commission; appointed He Hongping as Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Removed Li Bin from the position of Deputy Director of the National Health Commission; Removed Yu Bin from the position of Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council; Removed Wang Chunying (female) from the position of Deputy Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
