9月12日讯，国务院任免国家工作人员。任命舒惠好为财政部部长助理；任命刘金峰为国家卫生健康委员会副主任；任命何宏平为中国科学院副院长。免去李斌的国家卫生健康委员会副主任职务；免去余斌的国务院发展研究中心副主任职务；免去王春英（女）的国家外汇管理局副局长职务。
