Phoenix developer Ellipsis Labs launches Atlas testnet

On September 11th, Ellipsis Labs, the developer of Phoenix, the DeFi protocol on Solana, announced the launch of the Atlas testnet optimized for DeFi. Atlas uses the Solana virtual machine as the execution layer and uses the Ethereum mainnet for settlement, which is compatible with existing Solana programs. Ellipsis Labs said that Phoenix will build new versions on Atlas in the future.
